I know cinematic codes. Did you read that post by the film studies teacher that someone posted o here?? He thinks the movie is pointing J/E...and he's teaching hundreds of teens how to read a movie..so many other people felt DMC was pointing J/E and its not?..

Well it must have if so many people feel that way...if not then I guess the majority of the audience interpreted it wrong..and T&T really did do a pretty bad job getting the message across because I gotta tall ya..how is one supposed to actually know by looking at the beach scene that the compass is in fact not pointing to Jack but is pointing directly at the chest when they show you Elizabeth visibly thinking its pointing at him and the music changes to suggest it is? ..was that supposed to trick us??

The rumor of what happens there is incorrect so not sure anyone actually knows exactly what happens

but he does do something down there that I think people would want resolved in some way..it may well be I dont know..

I dont think anything is going to be left hanging after this film even though there will be a number 4. 2 and 3 are almost the same movie split into two like a matrix 2 and 3 type of thing.

from what I'm guessing..I cant actually expect the audience to just sit back and accept it..

EDIT - yeah its one story split in two..but could you imagine if we saw movie 1 and in the middle she kissed and obviousy showed feelings for Jack and then she chose the back up character? People would be rather....confused IMO amnd would leave thinking "she should be with Jack"

most people I know actually did feel Liz should have ended up with Jack even after the island scene where nothing really happened between them..

Who really cares who she ends up with. Jack or Will. Everyone likes Jack more so of course you want to see her end up with him. IMO opinion it would be more disappointing to see Jack settle for the young, thin, naive girl. And as far as the People's choice awards. The people dont nominate, a board does. The people just vote on what has been nominated. The reason that Will and Liz didnt make it for 1 is because there was no passion. It was played as more of an innocent, naive, timid love. They were both shy because they are young and Will is the lower class smith in love with the rich 'untouchable' govenor's daughter. Who is to say that now that they know how the other feels, there wont be that passion.

because W/E..even if they looked passionate in AWE..It wouldnt be hot to me..that would just look like brother and sister getting it on.
even if there is passion between the two in AWE...it still wont make it up for nomination IMO..not after what we saw with Jack and her in DMC

...I still dont believe they used Jack as a mere bump in the road..they used Captain Jack Sparrow as a plot point in Elizabeth's and Will's love tale??...😘..sorry but it makes me kinda mad.I really dont think they would risk doing that..Jack's gona win..if not he wins in my mind lol

Well if J/E win then it should be obvious that its what most people think should happen...and it also means thats what most people thought was going on in DMC

It doesnt nessessarily mean that people think it should 'happen'. It just means that is what people found to be the most passionate of the nominations.

for it to even be put up means that DMC appeard to be pointing in a J/E love direcion because if it didnt and it was really meant to be about W/E and DMC was supposed to tell us this then the nomination wouldn't be there..people think that J/E is gonna probably happen

I like the Will character. He isnt as dynamic as Sparrow but Sparrow is the character the story revolves around. Orlando is a very fun guy. He and Keira bought everyone on set pizza and pasta the other day. Yummy

And NO. Being nominated for People's choice has nothing to do with the theme of the movie. it has to do with being a passionate kiss.

no its on screen match up meaning on screen romance...thats why two other romances are up there from movies...as in the entire story having a continuing theme of romance
