Don't you worry, lovelyone. I don't know if you've heard or not, but kate has written a very action-packed, SEXY story set post-AWE. I have a few one-shots that take place after AWE and I think savvy has a fic, too.

Well from what T&T said when they went to my school...they assured that Pirates 4 will NOT be a prequel and will focus more on Jack and his new adventures!

On the rumored note finding the Fountain of Youth wont be Jack's only task but he will ultimately set out to find Alantis....or so I hear!

Atlantis? Maybe they'll do a good job with that, but that kind of disappoints me. T&T were so original in the "treasures" and "quests" of the trilogy. Who here had even thought about a story with cursed Aztec gold in it before? Or undead pirates? Or what Davy Jones' Locker really was? I'd much prefer they just borrow from the legends rather than suddenly make Jack into Indiana Jones.

Who knows Willo, maybe they'll make Alantis there own! Alantis is still a legend or a myth (whatever it's consider) right? You know T&T will put their own twisty tale and flavor in there! I dont think they'll disappoint! 🙂

Oh by the way I got an alert from Amazon.com and it was for 2 new Jack Sparrow books coming out! They're from the Rob Kidd collection, but still if anyone is interested! 🙂

Is that the Young Jack Sparrow series? Are they good? Not to plug my own fics too much, but I have my own Jackbio on fanfiction.net in the works, three chapters and he's already 11...

Yeah I haven't read any of the young Jack Sparrow series either--- and I probably won't. I have a very clear image of Jack's childhood in my mind (well, one or several) and I don't really want to adhere to Disney's world all the time. 🙂

Yeah, I haven't read those either - I like my own personal version of Jacks childhood too and don't want to get too much in the disney view of it, lol. Ooh, Willo - that sounds amazing! I'll have to check your new fic out!! 😄

Is his childhood coming to life in your Nights in the Bayou fic, or is that more an experiment? If it is his childhood, yes you do indeed have a very clear vision of how he grew up. I read some summaries of the books and I can't say I'm impressed, but they might be fun to read with my son sometime...not much longer now! Squee!

BTW girls I have an interesting game for all of you. So here I am filling my spare time with watching the 4rth season of sex and the city..trying not to tear up as they play one of my favorite songs (moon river) and surfing the net. Now I've been trying to write another chapter of my JE story is one of my favorite pass times and I find myself with writer's block...not unusual. So I decide to finish the season finale, take a shower and pop in a movie to help me write.

Here's the question...what are your favorite JE movies that would lift my spirits? I own a vast library of movies so spill it out...
Mine have to Gone with the wind and maybe Casablanca...any suggestions
