Hmm... Well, in something like CW3, 4, or 5, someone is suppose to arrive in a bolt of lightning and thunder, and will change the nature of the war. If it were Hulk, not only would he raise hell, but the truth behind his disappearance would come to light. But I don't think it's him. I don't think he'll get back until after the war. Which brings up another point. How does everyone think the CW will end.

Seeing as how Planet Hulk just entered a new chapter i doubt it will be Hulk but if he is, he is gonna be pissed off and like u said, he is gonna raise hell and with all heroes divided Who will stand up against him? I think is gonna be Thor, they wouldnt have brought his hammer back for nothing.

Hmmmmm The Punisher wouldnt have that much of an impact, seeing as how they be looking for him and with all the super at their disposal it shouldnt be too hard. Stark would shock me and it would mean that he might be helping the resistance. It has to be Fury, after Secret War he went underground, and if anybody read that mini series knows that he killed Latverias ruler.
Civil War has proved many things:
-That Cap is an uber badass 😎
-That a marvel crossover can exist without Wolverine being in nearly every page 😛
-That the FF ARE a part of the MU (seriously they weren't even in House of M) 😒
-That SHEILD cannot exist without Nick Fury 😄
-Oh and that Spidey should NEVER listen to Iron Man 😉

Sorry if you misunderstood, I understand that I wasn't exactly crystal clear on my point. I'm by no means condoning what QS did, I understand that he made a bad decision. I was just pointing out how what he did was by choice, not an accident, so the comparison of inexperience shouldn't apply to him.
And Nick Fury was my guess for the new Daredevil cause of how Cap mentioned in CW that the safehouse was only known to Nick Fury, how the other heroes don't even react to him, like Wolverine, so it must be someone they are familiar with and because Nick is pretty cool with Matt and since he's underground and Matt needs help it would make since to help both of them out

Basically Nick Fury had intel on the Latveria Prime Minister about acts of terrorism which the President didnt use so he could black mail her into doing what he wanted or whatever. Nice tactics used, very integral of the "President".
Then he talks how he hates people in costumes. How he has never liked them and never will. With that type of mentality I dont see the SRA being fair because the "President" has access to that data and if the opportunity arises he will use the "costumes" to serve his purpose, whatever they might be, good or bad.
Secret War is a pretty good story and the art is incredible. If oyu guys get a chance, read it. Explains why Nick Fury went underground and how Maria Hill became SHIELD's director.

I doubt the fake DD is Hawkeye, because Bendis wouldn't let anyone touch Hawkeye besides himself, because Bendis knows what's best when it comes to Avengers.
I've heard good arguments for Iron Fist being the fake DD, though I personally don't think it's him. There are similar arguments out there for Paladin, and some people think it might be Jester, which would be neat.
