This is a REALLY complicated matter, but, in any situation where the sacrifice of one can lead to the greater good of the many is a situation where the end justifies the means (then you get into the whole relative what is greater, how great does something have to be, ect) Which is why i use WW2, since it is a really concrete example of us doing something immoral to create a moral end

Thank you. This isn't a black and white matter here. Both sides are right and wrong in their own way. To say one side is completely right and the other completely wrong misses the point

That's true I wouldn't trust the power pack, but I'd trust Captain America, yet he is being hounded.

That is exactly what I am saying. Civil War. The whole dispute has left any intelligent villain to do what they want whilst the heroes bicker like school kids. I really don't know why Dr Doom hasn't just taken over New York yet (Although from civil war 2 it looks like he tried lol )

I agree that children require training. However I can understand why Cap is doing it. I mean parents worry about their child's safety, but in this case its not about being safe, its about doing the right thing.

I'm not saying I condone what either side is doing (I mean Tony Stark is hardly saint either) but I understand why they are doing it. 🙂

Look, laws exist for a reason. If a person or group feels a law is wrong or unjust, there is a process for getting that law changed or repealed. How many times in American history has it been where violently fighting the law was used as a method to get a law changed?

Most changes were accomplished through peaceful means. It's like an arguement. If an argument escalates from a disagreement into a fight, any thoughts of who's really right, or what's the best thing to do, go right out the window. The only concern is winning. Whereas when a disagreement is sorted out peacefully, often a peaceful comprimise or solution can be found.
