Blaq, an easy way to find the links would be to use the "Search by user" function down below the Post Reply button at the bottom of the page. If you search for your name, you'll be able to find all your posts made in this thread.

Once you click on a post, you can get the address in the address bar. This will direct whoever clicks on it right to the exact post. And voila! 🙂

Blaq didn't post all the CW issues though. I think Val posted 2 and issue one wasn't posted in this thread, just a link to it. At least since he posted Frontline and the other tei-ins he can find the rest easily

BULL! The Stamford incident would not have happened if there wasn't a group of young heroes who rushed in head long for the sake of ratings. 600 people died for the sake of ratings, and you can say that the publics safety level won't be effected by the SRA

Not necessarily true. That's just speculation.

Say the New Warriors didn't attack the group of baddies in Stamford.

A couple weeks later, another group...let's say...the Thunderbolts or the Avengers or the X-Men find them? The same incident has the exact same chances of happening no matter who attacks them. It could've been anyone, you can't blame the heroes for the incident (even if they were headstrong and brash, doesn't change anything).

No, because the situat5ion would be different then. The New Warriors knew they were out gunned and overpowered. They even said so on camera. They considered calling for back up, but they didn't because their rating were low. They said that on camera too. If the Avengers or X-Men had been there, Cap or Scott would have judged that the situation was too volitile and the risk of civilian casualties was too high. The criminals weren't an immediate threat that had to be neutralized at that very moment, and a trained team would've know that.

You missed my point. It doesn't matter when they do it, there's always the same exact chance that the same exact thing would happen. Be it the Avengers or the X-Men, things could've gotten out of hand (no matter how well they planned) and Nitro could've done the same thing.

It's foolish to say that the same thing couldn't happen again when there's every chance that it could no matter what team goes after them.

#1) They could've went in tactically, and tranqualizied them.

#2) They could have cleared the area of civilians first.

#3) They could have tailed the suspects until they were in a more idea area for a take down.

Want me to go on. The point is, they didn't do any of these things because their primary concern was ratings, not public safety.

Again, point missed. Yes, those are very, VERY viable options. And they all have a 50% chance of working.

Seriously, you have to understand that any of those scenarios could go wrong at any moment for any number of reasons, no matter how well they planned beforehand.

Edit: And especially in a comic book!

No my friend, you're missing the point. I know that every arrest/takedown situation carries with it a certain amount of risk. But it's the job of the ones doing the arrest/takedown to ensure that the risk are as low as possibly acheiveable. The New Warriors didn't even try.

How would you feel if your mom got killed during the filming of the TV show COPS, and you found it that it was the fault of officers who were negligent becuase all they cared about was putting on a good show to be on TV?

Thanks to everyone helping me to find the scanned issues, or who have posted them.

The Mighty Avengers!!!

BlaqChaos I may be wrong but I don't think that Cable and Deadpool civil war tie in is an individual series but part of Cable and Deadpool issue 30

I just read the scans of Civil wa X-men tie in.

Finally the anti-reg's have a few more people to their side, namely Cyclops, beast, Ice-man and Archangel. Oh and possibly Forge.

Forge is on the pro-registration side, as can be gathered from his confrontation with Cyclops. I'm interested to see Cyclops surface as a more respectable leader after Civil War, as I don't think he's as big as leader of the X-men as he could be.

Indeed. Hopefully Iceman gets to unload and display his powers a bit more in this series. It seems that the Pro-Registration group has more heavy hitters which needs to change.

Except Hercules, but I agree ✅ There are too many powerhouses who are pro-reg. That's why I was sooo sure ish 3 would even things out. But who knows, maybe hulk will return and it will favour the anti-reg 😱

A scene where Iceman just freezes some pro-reg guys would be cool. They would just stop fighting, talking, etc.

He's probably just downgraded in shooting ice blasts or something, though. 🙁

Yeah, but we probably won't finally see Namor kick Iron-man butt till the last 2 issues and where is Blackbolt? 🙁

Good Question

X-factor came out against the registration publically. Between Bishop going pro and X-factor goin against it that puts Cyclops and the X-men in the middle, While they are neutral sooner or later they have to choose a side.
