Not a big deal, but still an interesting topic for discussion.

I can see the judge sentencing him for the records keeping and labeling part, as that's a business mistake, but to come down on him for the girls is stupid.

Nobody forces them to be in the vidoes, they get all drunk and want to.

If he's telling the truth and they lied about their ages, then niether Joe Francis or Girls Gone Wild knowingly acted illegally.

How many of you have ever seen one of these videos? Or even just the commericals for them?

These girls are having a great time being drunken whores. (which is fine, if they are consenting)

I find it funny that the judge gets on his case, rather than on the 17-year old spring breaker who shouldn't even be drinking, and who wants to flaunt her ass on camera.

I find it even funnier that she's "emotionally upset and has had her relationship with her family damgaged".

Take into consideration, like most other "get rich celebrities", the only people that latch onto him are for his fame. Not his love. Any relationship he maintains is probably at the level of a porn star. "Love" is kind of hard to share with someone who exploits women for a living willingly, and making money off of it.
