Being drunk does not excuse the signature, which is an agreement to terms and conditions of the show.
Does it mean that everyone in the US can get out of trouble because the excuse is 'being drunk' ?
"I am sorry your honor ; I was drunk when I shot that man and I was in emotional duress. It wont happen again" ?
Meh .

people actually do get more leniency for committing crimes while being drunk as opposed to sober.

Take into consideration, like most other "get rich celebrities", the only people that latch onto him are for his fame. Not his love. Any relationship he maintains is probably at the level of a porn star. "Love" is kind of hard to share with someone who exploits women for a living willingly, and making money off of it.He's lonely.
He's not exploiting women, they exploit themselves and he video tapes it.
Regardless. girls gone wild is lame, it's like the beginning of a real reality porno but without the payoff. Give me Bang Bus anyday.

Believe that if it makes you feel better, but the cliche of the detached and lonely rich guy is as silly as the cliche of the chirpy and happy poor guy.
You don't know anything about this guy other than he has made a ton of cash producing HIGHLY in-demand amateur porn. From that you assume he must therefore be lonely, even though you have no idea if he has a grilfriend or what kind of life he leads.
I can see why you would WANT to believe he is lonely, of course. But it's not that clear cut in the real world.
It should be born in mind, incidentally,. is that a few months after the police sezied the vids for the 2003 incident that this all springs from, Joe released all footage he had under the title "The Seized Video" and made a flippin' fortune.
All this will likely make him more money still. I understand some other charges may be brought, though.

Signing a contract would require you to know what you are signing, at least in this country. For instance if you're mentally disabled you can't sign contracts, well your can but they aren't lawful in any way shape or form. The same goes for when you're drunk. I don't know how that is in the US but it should be the same...

It's not a mentally disabled person's fault they are mentally disabled. It's different when you get yourself drunk. It's only similar if someone else deliberately got you drunk to impair your judgment.
Not over here, if you're drunk your deemed unable to know what you sign and therefor the contracts you sign aren't lawful documents... Might be different in other country's though
