Also, Thanos is an Eternal. Kronos is like an abstract of Eternals. He creates Drax to kill Thanos. Drax is the only real thing that can kill him.
Drax is irrelevent to all Thanos debates (except Drax vs Thanos), since nobody else has his power.
Also, it helps when he gets basically a free shot on him...

Kronos is still an Eternal, abstract or not. He created Drax to kill Thanos.
Which after over 30 years and numerous meetigs often where Drax has sided with Thanos he suceeded. Lol Marvel continuity.

Now talking about assumptions how do you know Superman isn\\\'t able to exploit the same weakness, I gaurantee if it was in DCU he would be able to go toe to toe with Thanos. You make an assumption based on the premise Superman can\\\'t hurt Thanos, I ask you why? Supes has hurt beings at least as powerful many times. It\\\'s as ever all down to the writer, If Morrison writes it Supes wins, if Stalin writes it Thanos wins.

It goes both ways. Thanos has taken shots from beings far more powerful then Superman too and survived.

Superman doesn't really have what it takes to put down Thanos.

Yes he\'s had a lot of \"good showings\" but mostly lost to cosmic beings.

Also I just realized I didn't put Drax on the list of people he's beaten(and Mar-Vell DOES qualify as a cosmic type).

Yeah he was a low level cosmic at the end and YEs he beat Drax many times Lol. Marvel continutiy. Champion is his big one then. Supes has beaten a few more cosmis go to a thread entitles the truth about post crisis supes on here it\'s old but...... It\'s got more feats than the respect thread and some of them really are awesome.

Yes it was explained Drax has his killing blow encoded into his very being. You read the comic right?

You\'d think given Thanos genius he would have realised this given the purpose Kronos created Drax for but then having taken blows from Drax many times before its no wonder Thanos found it \"interesting\".

Thanos never knew. Probably didn't care to know. Drax hasn't exactly been a threat to him before Annihilation.

Yes, I read the comic, but when it comes down to chemical reasons, scientific backing, the reader does not know what Drax has in him to make him capable of killing Thanos.

Either way, it has absolutely no influence on this fight whatsoever. This is a battle between two people, not Superman sneaking up on Thanos and punching him. How is this whole issue of Drax fufilling his purpose of creation relevant?
