The speed according to the scan is faster than the speed of light, and that is enough to blitz Thanos and make him look like a fool.

Since when you have to be at least as fast as light when fighting Thanos ? The fact that Runner had the space gem, doesn't change a thing, he could do the same without the space gem.
Quicksilver for example would have no problem hitting Thanos. Nobody has ever had a problem hitting Thanos, he mostly just stands there looking tough and purple.

it doesn't matter if it was SPEED or omni-teleporting or stopping time, WHATEVER the method is, it doesn't matter AS LONG AS HE is FASTER than the speed of light.
