This is something that annoy's me with comicbooks sometimes; the sheer stupidity the writers write with in the face of real world physics...
Both Superman and Surfer should be able to beat Thanos at will; when you move at "c" everything not moving at "c" is completely frozen in time and is completely immobile in your frame of reference...
In other words, Thanos would not be able to react to anything being done to him whatsoever while they are moving that fast...
Of course I also have issue with those guys being able to move at "c" in the 1st place as that should not even be possible...
But anyway, even at .99999c (which, while highly implausible for a macro level object, is not impossible; approaching a black holes event horizon can get you to this speed and beyond before you enter it and hit the singularity itself) Thanos should not be able to react at all to anything those two guys do to him...

Thats wierd as in the Thanos Quest...book 1, if defintely appears that he relies on tech to teleport; when the Champoin is about to come crashing down on him Thanos says "teleporter away." Thats a command you give to your technology that you are trying to use...
After fighting DP Tyrant, Thanos appears to activate something on his waistline right before teleporting away; another indication that he is reliant upon tech to teleoprt...
Maybe Thanos is the exception to the rule when it comes to Eternals and their ability to teleoprt at will...

Perhaps his tech is better at it than his natural ability.
Also, he was stranded in space after he lost the IG to Nebula; perhaps their are limits to how far he can teleport via natural ability...otherwise he wouldnt have needed Strange to get him out of that situation.
He can both teleport naturally and via tech. In his early appearances it was all natural. Later on, it has been with Tech. He explained that it's easier to teleport via tech because when doing it naturally it requires a lot of concentration and made his body feel weird. Using tech he doesn't need to use as much concentration and doesn't make his body feel weird.
