I think Wolverine can match *some* of Spiderman's lower end feats, but I think he needs to use alot more effort, like Captain America would. I don't think he'd hit Wolverine 1,000,000 times before he would react, but I think in high gear he can definitely avoid Wolverine and make him fight on his terms. Since his reflexes, precog, and other things all aid his overall movement.

Particularly and especially dodging.

No I still wouldn't put them in the same ballpark. Remember in MTU when Wolverine was cornered by something (I think a robot or something, I can't locate the scan). An Spider-Man showed up and easily dodged all of the robots? blasts. Any speed feat Logan can do Peter can do much better and faster

Yeah, some people need to realise that it's not just speed, strength or reflexes. With the exception of healing and fighting skills (Which mean diddly squat if you can't hit your opponent due to him being faster, better reflexes, Spidey sense etc) spidey outclasses Logan physically in every way, and that's not even taking into account Spidey's intelligence or long ranged attacks. ✅

Greeting, Another tough battle. I love Spidey but Logan should undoubtedly destory him in the end.

I tend to think that shooting spiderman and throwing punches at him are two different categories....

I mean sure, spiderman was dodging all about lazers.. hell he's been doing that since his first years in amazing spiderman books, but did that mean anything when he got into hand to hand fights with the enforcers? or vulture? or doc doom? did it mean anything when he got into it with punisher? kingpin? etc etc ?

I honestly didn't see that, what I saw was spiderman getting punched and kicked repeatedly by these kinds of guys... hell spiderman dodges every shot that punisher fires at him but as soon as they went fisticuffs punisher nailed him with a side kick...

So spiderman dodges lazers now too... so what? that didnt' make him untouchable in a fight back then and it doesn't do so for him now.. I mean damn, I would have thought that cap kinda proved that already during civil war... twice..

I'd say that pete's spidersense and agility make up a HUUUUUGE part for why he can dodge so much (obviously) but that honestly does not make his movements faster than the likes of wolverine.

Though like soljer I agree spiderman is faster to SOME degree.. but fast enough to matter? no, not really... and lets not forget that the faster spiderman moves, the faster his lactics build up... the slower he gets (not that wolverine has to rely on outlasting spiderman to hit the guy but it is something to think about)... as someone else stated before this is wolverine's kind of fight.

spider-man should win easily. being able to bench press 10 ton compaired to wolverines human level strength should be enough of a reason. but on top of it spider-man is faster, has the reflexes, and the spidersense to avoid wolverine all day.

spider-man should be able to hold wolverine down and push down on his organs with the weight of numerous cars, only on a much smaller surface area. he should be able to pull wolverines spine out with his bare hands. sure its adamantium, but it still has joints in it. wolverine has weighted punches becuase his skeleton is so heavy, but i dont know how often hed actually connect with spidersense pre coging all his attacks and spider-mans speed and agility.

even so it should take alot of hits to put him down. being hit with a steel rod by someone of your own strength should put out down pretty easy, but someone whos less then a tenth of your strength will probably take a few shots.

How so?

stronger isn't an instant avenue towards victory... yes spiderman is stronger.. a lot stronger... (15 to 20 tons actually) but in terms of stopping power with their punches, they get near the same kind of results.
Aside from that spiderman's brute strength is negated by logan's durability and his healing factor...

so much for that.

they are very much in the same league...

he has better reflexes as well.. but spiderman's admitted on several occasions that his spider sense is an EQUALIZER for well trained opponents who outclass him by lightyears...

you see when has he EVER avoided someone all day in a fist fight? He hasn't... look at any of his h2h's with decent fighters and you'll see that the guy gets hit.. a lot... how you came to the conclussion that he can avoid someone of wolverine's calibur is beyond my ability to understand; spiderman's never been able to do that sort of thing. 😐

sorry but again you're wrong.. spiderman's been KOed by 12 punches from daredevil,
he's been numbed below the waist by 3 hits from captain america,
he's had his limbs wrecnhed and beaten on numberous times by wilson fisk.

wolverine's dropped caliban, hurt warpath, KOed roughouse, and stalemated scourge using bare hands... yet you think his punches are not going to have an effeect on spiderman?...... uh-hmm......

well then I would say your entire argument stems from the fantasies of characters producing feats that they'e never been able to produce before, or ignoring the feats that already have.... well you can sell that crap somewhere else cause I'm not buying it.

there's a number of other speed feats but I won't be able to post anything till I get a new thingy...i mean.. umm scanner....

so yeah... by the way, I'm not using these feats to say wolverine's better than spiderman, and I don't think any of these feats couldn't be reproduced by spiderman.. save maybe a couple... all I'm doing here is trying to show people that wolverine IS in the same class as spidey.

When i was showing wolverine strength feats I wasnt saying that wolverine comes close to spiderman strength, I was showing you that he have enhance strength, not spiderman strength. Spiderman is a 100 time stronger than wolverine but wolverine do have enough strength to topple spiderman. As for the speed feats, the 1st one where a red glympse went by, how do I know if that was spiderman, you should have posted the next page up. Also when he was fighting the hulk, that was speed that was showing that was his superhuman agility. Nothing you put up showed that spiderman moved at super speed, even though I know that he could.

I said it before and Im going to say it again, spiderman is more agile and faster than wolverine but its not by a lot and with that slight advantage that spiderman have wolverine makes that up with his suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuperior fighting ability.
Fighting ability: wolverine >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> spiderman.

Wolverines healing factor doesn't stop him from getting knocked out. Its heals him. Thats all. Spidey 10/10. Wolverines not even close to fast enough and he fell unconsious from one hit to the head from the Thing. It would only take spidey a few hits which he gets in easily. Wolverines outclassed here.

Spiderman 10/10.

i just cant see spiderman winning in h2h with someone who is years beyond him, combat wise. Maybe if wolverine was human, ide understand

Spiderman has also been upgraded before too hasn't he?

The sensative web thing were he can sense vibrations to know where anything is or where its comming from. But it is mildly strong vibes considering it was from a web. But still strong enough to get the vibes of dripping water. Not to mention how much his speed and strength have been upgraded over the years. I'm guessing all the times he used to get hit was either PIS or due to his lack of experience.
