Spidey's characterization in every Spiderman Wolverine fight is very poor. And current Spidey is a lot more experienced and upgraded then the spidey of those days.
As far as the speed feats you posted, this is one of the only impressive ones, among the ones Capt always posts.

You dont understand that wolverine has been upgraded also. Including skills, speed, healing ability, and strength, along with agility. He have had a major upgrade since then. Spiderman loses.
