Yes but who knows if that will happen next time they meet. Naruto has been training and while I don't know how training to use his Wind element will make him faster it probably has and the next time they meet Naruto's going to be able to keep up with Sasuke or something. I hope not though. The best part of the series for me is Naruto not being the strongest or best.

This is the only class that I think Sasuke would be superior in, as Naruto never uses Genjitsu anyways. Hell, Sakura coudl beat both in Gengitsu.You also forgot to add:
Durability: Naruto, hands down. He can take a lot more damage then Sasuke could ever hope to take and shrug it off due to the Kyuubi.
Pure raw power: Naruto again has him beat. It's already been stated by either Jerayia or someone else important (Can't remember who, maybe Kakashi) that Naruto has one of the highest Chakara reserves ever.

Yet your reasoning for Sasuke being superior in genjitsu was because of his Sharingan (Which I agree with anyway.).
Also, being superior in Genjitsu doesn't mean much, Itachi has ran from pretty much every battle so far, despite the fact that he can use Gengitsu, it can be countered by not looking at his eys, or having a strong will, something Naruto is abundant in, will.
As for Taijitsu and Ninjitsu, I have already countered those.

It's not that he couldn't, Naruto officialy DEFEATED that Akatsuki member, just because he didn't walk over to his bloody and bleeding corpse and finish him off doesn't mean he didn't defeat him.

Think back too when they were first chasing after Sasuke and Choji and Kiba, Neji were fighting the Curse Seal level 2's and they won. It just so happens that Sasuke is stronger than the average CS2(Curse seal level takes too long too type) so no wonder he decked them, even if he wasn't in CS2.
Also he had the ultimate level sharigan(not mangekou sharigan, but the 3 dots that are there constantly) and that can't be turned off, unless he shuts his eyes which he didn't do. (In the manga when Naruto got back from training for two and a half years, and Kakashi wanted him and Sakura too get the bells off him. He had to close his eyes to stop the sharigan from working)
1. only kakashi has to do that because he has no regular eye thier it got sliced that is why that scar is there after that obito gave him the sharingan.
2.the others beat cs2 your right but they cant beat them that fast if you remember choji and neji almost died and only reason kiba was ok is because kankuro came.
none of them can beat a cs2 that fast
1. The point was that the Sharigan cannot be turn off and thus gives Sasuke a huge advantage.
Personally I'd say that Naruto is stronger and has more potential. If you read back when Sakura got hit by the 4 tailed Naruto, the chakra alone poisoned her, yet Naruto seems unaffected by it, because his own chakra is so strong. Yamato says something like that.
Also when Kyuubi commented on Sasukes power and chakra being more sinister than its own, that means that Sasukes chakra was darker(evilier) not stronger. 4 tailed naruto would easily match Sasuke even with his sharigan. 5 tails Naruto would own Sasuke.

Except that Sasuke's been training for almost three years with Orochimaru plus Neiji, Chouji, and Kiba were a lot weaker than Sasuke even then and they still managed to hold their own for a good bit.
Also Sasuke had help from the guy who took Zabuza's sword and he has no cursed seal at all.
