No he didn't. Mxy disappeared at the end of the arc. mxy had forgotten who he was. Did oyu even read the story? Also superman/batman 25 happened AFTER IC. Mxy had his powers in that arc.

no. Just no. first of all, the UN was stated on panel back then to be able to destroy the UNIVERSE. It isn't till years later that REED using the UN is able to fix the multiverse. different circumstances and a much different uses and different time periods.

First of all, the magus is not shown being able to stop quasar from unmaking the multiverse. 2ndly, the IG isn't shown recreating or even creating one single universe. NO he wasn't. If he was as powerful as people make him out to be, he would have instantly been able to merge the 616 with the universe the cosmic cubes had created. He was not. He was doing it over time.

He could do whatever he wanted to his realm and to the Multiverse.

It says the Multiverse, period. He never erased any Omniverse. And we know that there was always an omniverse by it being discovered years later.

ALso please make note that there are Several IG's. As shown in other what if stories. SO How can the IG>>>>>UN when the UN fixed the Multiverse where as there are multiple IG's who apparantly got fixed as well?
