NO it didn't. ETERNITY himself wanted the IG banned becuz it would replace him as the Universe. All it did was take eternitie's place. Not multi eternity. So how then can it be multiversal when it only replaces one Eternity. Even the LT made a smart comment about it to Eternity.

Darksied's power was never retconned either but you don't see the forum asking for a retconn. I"m saying that the five cosmic cubes are certainly more than that incomplete IG. I'm also saying that REED using the UN is much differnt than quasar using it. now say it isn't so.

...Just because the IG is more powerful then the UN, doesn't mean that it is invulnerable to it's effects.
