there have been a couple of incidents waiting for a bus in Oldham town centre at night ans some minor incidents involving shouts from passing cars
not nice but hey all that running keeps me fit
i could quote you experiances freinds and relatives have had but it would be a VERY VERY long post
ive held back on this but lets hear the truth from the man on the street instead of "statistics"

Race tension perhaps.....
I still feel safe in some very ethnically diverse areas of London, I think London is different to Manchester it is more of a cosmopolitan city state.
In Manchester the rain probably adds to any tension present. 😉
