Thats wrong! They are idiots! You should not freely walk into a country, rule over jobs without permission. The trouble starts by these that simply canot get permission.

The most disturbing thing about this whole BB issue is some four thousand people complained about the evens that took place this week; I just wonder how many of those who complained actual complain about far more important issues like council tax going up. The producers of BB have shown the power of the media and how low it will stoop to boost ratings.

Britain has a lot of problems and playing the race card is not the answer to the problems we face here. The political party’s like the Conservatives and Labour have become so complacent and out of touch with the voters.

Exactly. If things had of been stricter at the beginning though..

You should not illegally enter a country but doing it doesn't make you an idiot. Most immigrants are just looking for a better life. I've nothing against most of their intentions at all.

I would only really feel apart of that country with proper citizenship, like everyone else in the place.

If Britain is so racist, why was there such a large outrage when these things were said in the Big Brother house? Saying that everyone in Britain is racist based on a few bad experiences and what you've heard is just preposterous and ignorant. I have lived in the UK all my life and I have never encountered racism. That may be because I'm white but at the same time I've never been around anyone who's talked about other ethnic groups in a negative way.

No one is saying that everyone in Britain is racist, but rather asking whether there is majority of people who are. As for the response to the Big Brother situation, do you it really is totally genuine or is it perhaps a superficial show of outrage?

Also, you must have lived a pretty sheltered life if you have never encountered any form of racism. Actually, I think it would be pretty impossible, but I have no idea why you are lying. It's either that, or you - like Jade Goody - don't really know what racism is.

the racial tension between SOME asians and blacks nearby and in other inner city areas is partly due to the fact that a lot of asians have more money than the black folk
asian kids are driving round in flash cars,flash clothes and pumping out the rap artist of the month and the black kids dont like this so it has been kicking off
there are also comments being made that asians in certain areas look down on black people as their buisness thrive

To an extent thats going off on a tangent. What im saying is this....you cant go to another persons country colonise and ruin it and then complain about immigrants from that country coming to yours. Sounds pretty fair to me.

This may sound a little romantic but i used to see Manchester city centre as the place where Joy Division fans walked in raincoats,Stone Roses fans in flares,Oasis fans like they were carrying imaginary shopping bags in each hand,the city that gave us some of the UKs greatest nightclubs,the greatest english bands of the past 30 years,two great football teams,pretty much most of the comedians to hit the scene in the past decade and unfortunatley Mick Hucknall

now when i walk through town all i see is African immigrants walking round with ****ing Primark bags and mancunian voices drowned out by eastern european dialect

call me a rascist but thats how it is in rainy Manchester

this is going to make people think im ignorant but i dont really give a hoot

i think there are too many African immigrants in Manchester at the moment
the situation has got worse in the past 4 years
i have to travel on a bus at the moment that is almost 100% of ethnic origin every morning
id say 75% African and the other eastern european
and i think there is a problem and trouble ahead
i had to travel through what was five years ago a predominantly white area this morning for the first time in years and its swamped with african shops and whitey wasnt in sight
im sorry but i was shocked

Back to the original point of this thread theres a lot of hypocrisy going on regarding rascism in the UK at the moment
i must be on some weird kind of trip because the same newspapers and people who are condeming Jade Goody are not exactly innocent themselves

show me a person who has never had a rascist fault and your showing me a liar

I await the KKK comments

now im off to do what i come to KMC for

i have no problem with Mancunian black people ive been around them all my life(jamacians etc) and im sorry to say this me being fairly laid back but on the whole i find the majority of newly arrived African Immigrants loud,annoying,irritants

Well lets put it this way. I would find that annoying as well. Well lets put it this way.....not all Africans are the same....and some other Africans find certain nationalities quite rude....certain Africans from a certain part of Africa tend to be notorious. So maybe they are from that part of Africa.
