Omega Flight #2 preview with text
Issue #2 is out and much faster pace and we see all the members of Omega Flight
Bill's having visions and drew a picture of them...oh my is that Sasquatch as big as a city and the words "Great Beasts" [well close enough] on the right. Tee hee

Just got the issue today, and still trying to make sense of Talisman's vision as well as the drawings...I still get the feeling that Loki and the Great Beasts are going to be involved somehow.
THEORY: I think the Owl has to do somehow with Snowbird. I just can't prove it. GRRRRRR.....
And WAS that BRB on the bus and later at the museum? I don't know what he looks like in human disguise...
Also, I find it rather hard to believe that Sas would let the crew manhandle him the way they did...Just sayin', ya know?
Also, is US Agent always that much of a jerk?

It is Snowbird, hence we see Snowbird's little head-dress in the spirit quest and in the drawing Bill does on the owl.

Meh! they were augmented from an interview with Marvel and a non-jobbing Crew is no joke. Wrecker alone was a match for the New Avengers, together they nearly killed Hercules and shrugged off blows from Thor. Thier just brought back to their real level of strength

Read the issue, thought it was ok. This was more of a set up issue so I didn't expect too much. Pacing still going slow, but the story is moving and heading somewhere interesting.
What I didn't like:
The whole "Canada's already had an act before..." speech. The did it in the first issue and I liked it there. Basically, its an American problem, let them clean it up. Now, its just repetitive.
Michael in restraints. The guy is not a murder, and he's not crazy yet he's tied down like a criminal. Hated that.

Crew had some help when they beat Hercules almost to death, Goliath, Mr Hyde and Tiger Shark along with him being drugged and drunk has something to do with it.
Once Hercules got over his fear of them he totaled the entire crew in a page.
Still I agree written properly they are no joke.

And Bill/Simon had the words "Great Beasts?" scrawled on one of his drawings...
I still can't help but think there will also be an Asgardian connection...the Wrecker feeling a "pull" to Toronto, plus Bill being drawn there as well...
We shall see I doubt they would bring back Loki in Omega Flight as their not that mainstream to bring such a well known character.
We shall see Kolins says over at alphawaves that it's going to be kicked up a notch.
Also liked when we see Bill in the first vision, he has his Beta Ray Bill legs in human form on and leening against a giant hammer. Love those easter eggs.
