Ya, but saying he won, really kind of states that just he won.
Also, it ended in a cheapshot... even if you take into account the army...So, could that mean that a team is similar to an army? I mean, U.S. Agent was given Omega Flight to do what he wants, and he has access to them... ermm
If Aquaman uses his army, then it isn't just his win, same as Wrecker's.
It should be Wrecker + army brought down Beta.
Not Wrecker, just because he's the general or whatnot. If you make a thread right now, that involves just Wrecker specified, would the army also be included? Because I know, Namor, and Aquaman's aren't...
Also, when was Wrecker given control of the army anyway?
He did win, even Mike Oeming stated as such. Also Beta Ray Bill cheap shooted him, so your point?
Not quite as their seperate entities, while the demon army is used for a single purpose to destroy. Their not a team, their a force of nature. Which was given to him by an Elder God. HUGE difference
No they wouldn't, that's why I said several times if they have access to ALL their resources.
Same as above, as I said ALL their recources.
By Tanaraq himself, as their going to be destroying Earth as Tanaraq as it seems can't enter our planet. I think they mentioned the Beasts would appear only when the Earth is destroyed.

Wrecker won, even if it was via cheapshot, even if he had undergone a power-up, in the end it makes very little difference; he still won.It makes little difference though, Wrecker'll undoubtedly get his comuppence by the end of the mini.
In other news, I REALLY
like the new Guardian.
That's my point
Indeed, their actually supposed to be killed as hinted in an interview by Scott Kolins way back when. However, they may have changed it now.
He does seem quite powerful and it's interesting to note when other characters write a Bendis creation. Such as Layla Miller in X-Factor is awesome, and now were seeing Pointer done by Oeming right.

But they are still individual beings each. They are a demon army.
Which, is kind of like a massive team.
But, even if it is his resource, he still had help to take down Beta.
Like, if Namor used his army to bring down say... Puck. It wasn't just Namor, and it shows that he needs help to bring down Puck, and that he can't do it on his own.
Or maybe he can, but he still had the help, and thus, it wasn't just Namor that did it.
Why, would the army give Wrecker the edge, or something...
I'm still not seeing when Wrecker was given control of them...

Hell I even said he won.
There's certain stipulations though, that he won under.
After Beta destroyed some demons, he attacked Wrecker. It wasn't really a cheap shot. But they are still individual beings each. They are a demon army.

and even I said there was as well, and hardly he even screamed out what the hell. He had no idea what was going on as soon as when he looked he got smacked in the face. That clearly was a cheap shot.
To a degree yes, but their not. Aquaman didn't create his technology or his army he was given it but he can use it as part of his resources. The same way as Wrecker can with Surtur's army...well until Tanaraq crosses over.
Never said otherwise, but my point is the army is now his asset until Wrecker gets killed [supposed to happen, but looks like not anymore]. Wrecker clearly showed he could go one on one with BRB without the army and then the army came in and definetly tipped the scales.
Why wouldn't? you saw what the army did to BRB. How would that not be an advantage?
It said it in the comic as Tanaraq gave him control as their the great wreckers of men. Plus Mike Oeming did on his jinxboard.

Oh and if anyone was wondering why I was so testy about this topic a few days ago? Well I was drunk and it was like at 3:30 in the morning when I replied. Apologizes

Either way, my point is, that Wrecker would have gotten beaten if the army hadn't intervened.
It's not an accurate portrayal.
And, I'm not denying what he can, or can do, or what he has done in the past. It's just... what was there.

Another thing, Wrecker showed no control over the army, anywhere in the comics...
Either way, I can't wait for this next issue. And if Beta does do what he showed in the previews, then the Wrecker incident.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We don't even know if Tanaraq has fully took over his body or if he is channeling his magical manifestation as he has done so in the past to cross over to our realm.
Plus, what exactly is Walker's shield made out of here?

I hope they explain it in the next issue, and hopefully he has powered him up to his own levels... 😖hifty:
Sometimes he changes other times he didn't, Heather Hudson changed differently. However, they basically have noted any time a Great Beast comes to our realm it's not the actual beast but a weaker magical manifestation of them.
They have a lot to explain such as the issue with Tanaraq and the Surtur army and why Oeming keeps referencing Tanaraq as the Great Beasts. He is only one of them.

Tanaraq probably stole the army after Surtur died.
Maybe Tanaraq merged with the others, or it's just a editing mistake (or just a quick reference to what he is).
Or, maybe he's not that knowledgeable on the subject...
They're going to have to make an annual sized book to explain every question...
Hopefully those bastards make an ongoing.
You don't make a team this bad assed, and only make a mini out of it... 🙁

One version was actually attacking people just by looking at them.
Rumor is, that Surtur is his dimensions equilivant to a Great Beast to our realm. Might be, but Tanaraq is one of the weakest Beasts too.
Or a one-shot or handbook or something a long those lines, there really is a lot of questions. Such as how did Purple Man get his shield back? Scott Kolins said at alphawaves.com, he hopes to answer that question shortly.
Indeed

Awww what? that makes no sense. My money is their going to reveal it as an on-going during the upcoming Toronto-Con
