As I mentioned, there is no limit I know of as to how much Surfer can amp his own strength and durability. And WW does not have 1000s of years experience fighting with full arsenal. In fact, if we go by on-panel feats, one could claim she has No experience fighting in such a mode.
He has a limit. He took in the power of a star and went mad. So obviously he has a limit. He wasnt able to over power the Runner nor can he go blow for blow with a mad thor.
He did not, specifically, amp his strength or durability in any of those cases. And he certainly wasn't bloodlusted when confronting Runner or WM Thor. Plus, in weakened states, he took out Abomination in one instance and Hulk on many occasions (including Planet Hulk).
Again, I'm not saying he manhandles Diana...but I just can't see her winning the majority.

I can see a stalemate as he has many ways to put her down. and she has just as many. Surfer has been pimped slapped by Thanos. With the Guantlet on she is easily Thanos lvl in strength or a lil higher. She also can by chance lasso him, or cut his head off with the sword or use the head of medusa or even a godwave. He could somehow manipulate the air around her into something I dont' know. I'm having a hard time thinking of a way to kill a being with Ten times the strength and durability of WW. That is insane lol.

He flies faster in travel, his combat speeds dont' seem to be on par with his flight speed. She is also wearing a guantlet making her ten times stronger and more invulnerable plus all of the other powers.

WMThor = RegThorx10 was my initial (and certainly preferred) understanding, but this point has been disputed back and forth so much, I don't know what to believe anymore.
And for those who doubt Surfer's combat speed, 2 things should be kept in mind. 1) If he can amp strength he can amp speed, but generally doesn't do either because 2) with power cosmic, direct energy application is faster and more efficient.
