I have to disagree.

I would say LT was overcome by the most powerful being in the Omniverse that was only allowed to use his power in one Reality.

THAT SOUNDS mighty speculative on your part and the panels suggest differnt.

I read somwhere in this thread that its better to admit defeat than win( something to that effect)

i had made a comment in this thread that Mxy is a whacky character,so why would they make it canon?
and i even emphasized it by saying "C'mon" at the end

I certainly think The LT can beat mxy. But Mxy is wackey enough to pull wins against the LT. a super dope reflecting mirror mathingy to reflect the LT's power back on himself would do the trick niceley. Or Mxy turns the marvel omniverse into a block of cheese and holds it ransom. Mxy can't be killed tho. Not even the spectre could kill him. Mxy has been barred from death by Mike Carlin.

I will admit, Mxy/Batmite getting Spectre was funny. LT>Ultimator

The LT couldn't destroy the Ultimator any more than Mxy could. Best he could hope for is putting him to sleep. On a side note, i read in Teen titans that there are far far more dimensions than 10 in the DCU. Like near a hundred. So the Ultimator isn't the most powerful being in the DCU. there are others yet stronger still.

It's recent. I can't member the issue number. But the kid devil goes to some high magical dimension. I think the PS was there and some other powerful mages.
