Everywhere (in every bio and on every relevant panel) has it said that LT is the guardian of The Multiverse and not Megaverse.
The scan says what it says. Retcon or not, that’s how it is.
And we can take it as the brothers retconned are totally different beings, just with the same name, as the brothers of D.C vs. Marvel.

In the same bio of where you get that the brothers became two megaverses is the same bio where its says that LT helped fashion them (implying that TOAA was involved). So if it was a mistake in the bio about the helped then it is possible that the Megaverse part is also a mistake (Since on panel everywhere it clearly states that LT is the guardian of The Multiverse and not Megaverse).

No where does it show the Ultimator as a multiversal thread. The %th Dimesion is more powerful than All of the multiverses of the 3rd combined. It even wasn't affected by the crisis. Ultimator is so far beyond a multiversal threat it's not even funny.

actually the crisis never really did. In the kingdome it exposed that the Multiverse still exist and is even bigger than previously thought. With other wrealms existing ( another multiverse?) with all the else world's and tangent titles. Then in Zero hour it was shown that alternate realities were seeping in an out of creation and IC also displayed that every else world's tale was a reality as a result of SBP retcon punching or some shit like that.

And what do you say about the all the on panel (which is greater evidence than bios) stuff about LT being the guardian of only a single multiverse (This is where the contradictions come in)?
And do you believe that every multiverse is equal (in terms of power)?
If so, then what do you base this off of (Especially when beyonder show his universe was greater than any other multiverse)?
If not, then do you see how problematic comparing omnipotent beings in different companies are (There is no true measuring stick and thus making the debate useless)?

I know that Universes vary in power, atleast in comparison to 616.
But on the other hand, Beyonder is an anomoly you seldom see.
Not many characters have been able to take over everything since Beyonder.

Abraxas
