😄 I guess you can called it "complete", as long as you pay somewhere between 10-25 bucks for extra content that should have been on the disk from the get go..... oh that's rite! the DVD can't hold that much. 😛

well i guess there's a few differences from the ps3 and 360 like no rumble since ceo of scea coincidentally doesn't even like rumble cuz "its a distraction from gameplay anyways"
...and hey, 800 points for exclusive content, no big deal, "you get what you pay for" - microsoft live representative, and exclusive online content is supposed to be release online, after the game's release...or else they wouldnt call it that. and who is gonna play gta iv on the ps3 anyways, theres no reason to buy a ps3 til any games come out for it in late 2008 (just from a xbox 360 fanboy point of view, who is looking forward to the "greatest holiday lineup in gaming history ever, with Halo 3, Madden 08(which runs remarkably smoother on a 360 anyways), GTA IV, Mass Effect, BioShock, Eternal Sonata, Naruto, and some Sony exclusive converts like DMC4, RES5, and who knows...MGS4, and future releases like Too Human, Fable 2, Banjo Kazooie, Halo Wars along with many more to add on to Gears of War, Lost Planet, Project Gotham, Kameo, Perfect Dark, Viva Pinata) 😮💨 yep, guess it sucks having a 360, darnnn
