It sticks to the formula, it knows whats good about GTA and so it expands upon that, people would be complaining now if they tried something completely new and affected the gameplay or even the sandbox style.

I have been playing this game for a few hours, and it feels the same as the rest of the GTA's, but did i say thats bad 😉

Huge enviroment, and i'v still yet to unlock the secong city

Coming out in October.

No one knows any other information, yet. There are rumors about the location, ranging from that it will have an entire country to explore, to that it will have just one city, but the city will be extremely detailed and well crafted and realistic.

ha!, so much for coming out in OCTOBER!!

Without spoiling anything, I can definitely say that the game does start to pick up. Once you finally start meeting people like Packie, Playboy X, and Elisabetta the story and the game really gets going.

Don't want to ruin the fun, but I was wondering if anyone was having problems with lock ups or game freezes? I've read both ps3 and xbox 360 are having these issues.

Ive had no problems, supposedly its right after the first cutscene, so you should know pretty quickly. I read on a GTA site that it seems to be more frequent on PS3, specifically 60gig systems.

Well, yes. It was originally scheduled to be out October 16th. It was delayed like so many games are.

It froze once when my brother was loading up a mission so he had to restart, but that's the only problem we've had with my copy.

7 hrs into the game and haven't had a freeze issue yet.

So... i cant change my hair eh? lol

MAY B!

Okay, very few games do this to me....but I will admit the more I play this game the more I continue to support the Perfect scores.

Unlike my personal favorites like the Halo series and Splinter Cell. This game keeps me more focus on how to accomplish the missions rather than just use the same strategy to beat them. It's hard to explain (not because I'm full of it) but the way to do missions here is so less complicated than previous GTA games. Whereas with my favorites I always use the same tactics. There is something about this GTA that is so different.....I can't describe it. I feel it's rather unique. This is a masterpiece of a game.

great game

That's good to hear. I've got the 360 version too, and I haven't had any lock ups as of yet, there were a few times when the game would freeze for a couple seconds, but other than that I'm good. Maybe because I just bought my console. Here's hoping there won't be any issues with me, or any of you guys out there.

Well the driving in this game is awkward, really awkward.

Well I am starting to get used to it.

I don't find the driving awkward, I find it to be pretty great. Much easier to ride legally, stopping at traffic-lights, stop signs etc then previous games.

The driving is pretty similiar to other ones.

Really large turning radius's though.

I just drove down "Stillwater Avenue". 😛 Saints Row anyone? lol

Well after getting through the slow part the game has really picked up, i am used to the driving it really is a great game.

Hahaha.

I remember GTA making fun of the True Crime series.

I do admit though, Saints Row was a quality game and I liked the gun controls alot better in that game than GTA4.

I think the controls for shooting people craptastic (outside of the shooting from inside a car)

For a game that is getting perfect scores, it shouldnt have a slow part.
