It's incredibly funny how EPIIBITES is telling people to stick to other things and let him judge music, yet he's out there openly saying he loves The Killers and that The Smiths are comparable to them.

He made mention of The Smiths and Bruce Springsteen, for that matter, being an influence on their music. He just doesn't realize that influences aren't necessarily reflected in an artist's music.
Oh this'll be good!!! ✅ ✅ ✅
If anyone wants to see people get schooled, then read on...
You know, you really are making yourselves look just plain horrible at this point...pretty much reached a low. Yet another embarrassing attempt to show me wrong...basically...'cause you just wanna show me wrong.
Anyone who knows anything about The Killers knows that my comparison is quite sound.
If you don't think their first album doesn't have Smiths comparisons, (like in the very Queen is Dead-ish "Somebody Told Me"😉, then your opinion of all things music quite limited.
And just a couple clips from a Rolling Stone review of the second album...
* "But on their second album, Sam's Town, the Las Vegas party boys ditch their cheerfully fake Bowie moves and try to get heavy by copying Bruce Springsteen. Yes, that means glockenspiel solos. Yes, it means anthems about the road and looking for America and girls named Mary."
* "So this is the Killers in 1980s Springsteen-clone mode..."
* "All over Sam's Town, the Killers leave no pompous arena cliche untweaked in their quest to rewrite "Born to Run"..."
OUCH! That's gotta hurt!
