Youre trying to present the same single change as multiple changes. Dont. Thats deceitful.
In those scans Wanda is remaking reality and the change is being shown gradually over 3 panels. All 3 of those panels feature Beak slowly being engulfed in energy. They do NOT show Wanda remaking reality 3 times.
Also saying Wanda is remaking reality reality 616 does not change the fact that Roma the omniversal guardian and the writers/editors said it was a global change. If Wanda is remaking the reality of Earth 616 then she is remaking reality 616. The Exiles and their adventures are all done from an Earth perspective

They find that Beaks native reality EARTH 616 has been transformed while they were away.
The editors referring to Beaks native reality when theyre actually talking about just the earth.

Wasnt a result of Wandas reality warp. Anyone who reads Thunderbolts will know thats rubbish.
Genis Vell was affecting reality because of how Baron Zemo brought him back to life in 616 BEFORE HOM:
Baron Zemo brought him back using matter from the Big Bang. Universes in marvel are closed systems so all energy in a marvel universe derives from its Big Bang, so by using matter from the Big Bang on Genis, Genis was connected to the entire timeline of reality and using his power caused reactions with photonic activity across said timeline.
