Here’s my take:

Yes, both women are uber, but not every fight comes down to that. Sometimes it’s the simplest of facts. In this case, it’s one that comes up in fights between Marvel and DC: speed. I don’t think there’s any evidence to suggest that Wanda is faster than Dark Phoenix. Despite all the power she may wield, it comes to naught when fighting someone that can travel over 700,000,00 km in a matter of seconds.

Wanda loses.

Wanda is a human being with human reactions and durability, until she consciously applies her power on herself, or unless she is already in one of her reality warps where she has previously determined that she cant be harmed in that warp. Either way it takes an application of power (directed from a mind with human reactions) or a preceding (before the encounter) action.
