The ones from herochat have fallen for it too 🙂
Alright then guys I'm just kind of wondering what we should categorize Monarch's attack as.
Now I'm not gonna argue the scope it was big, but I was wondering what effect do you think it had.
To me it seemed as if the blast only effected living things. As evidenced by the rocks and stuff being shown afterwards. We also know that a Monitor is strong enough to survive the blast.
So what level would you place the blast on I'm just kind of wondering?

Originally posted by JuntaiI don't know. We do see the picture where the plant is, and looks like there is still clouds, and a sky.
Unless they clarify more in future issues, from the narrative and pictures, it's actually a mound of dirt and a plant and the Monitor that survived. And he seems it was most likely his shielding that protected it.
So it seems like more than just a mound of dirt would had to survive for there to be a possible atmosphere?

AND since our Monitor Friend here, seems to be aligned with big D, not only is trickster wanking off, but this probably means Monarch's bene right about the Monitors all along. Darkseid's the real character to watch in all of this
Indeed, Countdown began with DS setting up the pieces in the game.
Hail Lord Darkseid! pray
