Yea, Storm is more powerful. Anytime you can SEE and manipulate the sub-atomic particle world, you can muck up any Magnetic field that Polaris creates.

Sub-atomic particles, namely electrrons foster magnetism Universally.

This second site, spiritual, mental and physical connection Storm has with the energy in the Universe allows her to also tap into other forms of EM spectrum, almost every last part of it.

The only thing I think she hasn't messed with is light and attractive forces. She likely could though.

Storm can EASILY overpower Polaris.
