Those were some cool scans. I didn't know Carl Danvers was such a badass back in her Binary days.

This sounds like some kind of fallacy to me. 🙄

You always find a way to downplay simply because you don't get Ororo.
And that feat, in the way it was explained, still does not make sense.

LOL. Yeah right. You were trying to find some kind of way to try and rob Storm of the galactic core stunt. You are overthere straining your brain VERY hard trying to struggle up a way to try and rob the character of something the writer obviously wanted her to have and gave to her. That is why your rebuttles are really no good. The only reason you have support here is because there is a body of posters on this board who feel that Storm should never reach a certain power level so they go along with you desperate arguments.

Hmmm...you have no room to talk. Uncanny 165 stated that Storm summoned the full power of the core right there on the printed page and you still got it wrong out of sheer desperation to try and rob the character of her powers. That's the biggest stretch anybody can make when it goes against the very printed text itself. Then you are trying to claim that Storm's power levels were boosted in the Trion reality eventhough the issue never stated that. Storm merely controlled the forces that compose and governs that dimension as she does the 616 dimension.

Are you agreeing or disagreeing with what I said?
Neither. I didn't address the question. If it was LEGIT then yes(as is in this case). If it is was your dilluaions, then no.

No, not really.
As of now, fireballs can't exist in a vaccum.
Her ionizing Hydrogen atoms is plausible. But then again, her NEEDING an "atmosphere" of Hydrogen to cause an affect is not plausible since space, in-and-of-itself provides MORE than enough for her to work her mojo as we already have seen.
All it takes in the altering of her perception and attunement.
I'd rather her just fuse the Atoms😱
Aint no writer like CC.

Actually, you were saying fusion and he said fission.
And until she does it...

You crack me up with that "straining" bologna. It actually took me more effort to spell bologna right than it did to prove you two wrong. There's only one "a" in bologna, gotta remember that. That first vowel always throws me off. Most of my time is actually spent revising and making certain words I use are what I actually want to be using. And also format, that can take up some time. Then by the time I finish that sometimes one of you reply and I like to make sure I get everything in one post.
It's strange you mention powers writers meant her to have yet she hasn't done anything even close to whatever the galactic core feat was since the galactic core. I'm not asking for a duplication, I'd just like to see some more feats involving energy approaching it. There are none.

Seriously though, all powers involving energy had a drastically increased effect.

Although you will probably call that a false analogy because Storm isn't a 14 year old boy firing a grappling chain.

Way to split hairs. 😆
The WRITER SAID SHE COULD, so she can.
I actually think fission takes just as much power as fusion, maybe more.
Originally posted by Swanky-TunaOut of curiosity, how could the statement "if it was revealed that Storm had some kind of help throughout the arc you'd try to find some way to downplay it" or the question "if something like that did pop up you'd fess up to it?" be delusional?
[/B]
Most times you are delusional with regard to Storm. You have no concept of how she works and how her powers work, therfore you can NEVER make a proper analysis.
Originally posted by Swanky-TunaReally? Because from this side it looked like you were so sure about that H-bomb thing that you were fully expecting confirmation from McDuffie to rub in our faces.
[/B]
And I did.
She didn't do it in that instance, but Ororo, for all intents and purposes, can psoinically make an H-bomb.
The writer AGREES.
Her powers enable her to do it if she truely wanted to.
In conclusion, I was sort of right anyway.
Originally posted by Swanky-TunaI liked the plasmoid thing to, although I doubt that's what you're talking about.

Nope, you need superheated GAS, not merely an elemenet in it's atomic state.
