USH'S MATRIX GAME 2006 THIRD ASSIGNMENT- 'The Fortress'

Berserker does as Marduck commands and surrounds Marduck in the Gunners. Stabbing at any Spider that strays close enough to be attacked.

Is Dallas giving any orders? I am a bit tempted to just join Marduk`s group, they are likely to be better organized...

Dallas is busy headbutting a sentinel so that he can then beat it to death with his shotgun.

Would it be very bad if I kept closer to Marduk then, with his gunners?

That's up to you to decide.

I will join Percy`s gunners then, shooting at the spiders attacking the melee fighters.

You've got to be careful with that Melkore because if you join us that means that Dallas has one less gun to work with.

Not wanting to sound obvious, Melkor, but you aren't near the Percy crew.

Sorry, I made a mistake.

Then Melkor will stay close to Dallas, and try to support him with his fire.

I think that our crew should organize in some way as Percy`s.

I'll use CC to fire at two spiders.

I'll attack one of the spiders in the throne middle area, while moving in around the gunners to offer them cover against any close foes.

Turn 3 - Another attack with SP, on the spider at 2.

Turn 4 - Draw second sword, PM tap.

I'd say that those in the middle who were not ordered there by Marduk should split off to the east and west sides, so those there still are not so overwhelmed. That'll also keep us Percy people from getting trapped in the middle.

Either that, or those still east and west should move to the middle throne area. So long as the groups in one place aren't too large, we can still move, and there is a small advantage in having a fair amount of people in one area; namely, there's only so many Sentinels that can be fit into one spot if we're taking up the space.

My actual move will come shortly, as well as final decision on what the rest should do.

Okay, basically, this is what I want.

Klez, Azrael, and Helios, in the middle with Marduk. Myself, Barb, Berserker, Melis, and Cloud surrounding them. San and Melis in the front, Barb and Berserker to each side, Cloud in back. That way the gunners are surrounded and protected and we can cut our way through as efficiently as possible (I hope).

Then Ares, Mors, and Hawk should move to the middle. I think that's probably the best thing to do.

And as ever, pay attention to what other people are doing...don't move by yourself. We need to stay in at least pairs for this, preferably larger groups. Going off by yourself is a death wish right now. The more people together = the more the attacks will be spread out and as I said in my last post, I'm pretty sure only so many Sentinels can fit in one area and this number will be less if there's more people. We just need to balance it out as to not trap ourselves.

And for my turn, San will move into position while tapping IB to take down another spider.

How about making a plan for us as well?

Mors will have tapped KW in retrospect, skillfully evading any attacks made on him that round, then swap KW for DM, tap DM, and bring in KW again...

I'm going to need to move to Throne Middle so I don't get eaten alive again...

Fire, Burn, Melkor, keep moving with Dally! You just need to keep yourselves clear of the beasties and cover each other and the Captain.

Heph and Sirin, either keep charging down the center or pause for a moment to lend Ares assistance as he moves to join you. He's got a lot of trouble on him right now, and while I'd want you guys to keep moving, Ares is in trouble.

Balder, Helios, give Hawk and Barb covering fire, they're in a bit of situation right now, and move to North Columns Middle.

Now for the people in trouble...

Ares, get to North Columns Center, and then join Heph and Sirin on charging down the middle. While you do that, I need some help on buggering out of there. Give them a volley in Throne West...

Hawk, get to Throne Middle, you'll be way safer there. I'll be with you shortly and we'll follow Dallas.

And remember everyone...KEEP ATTACKING. If I don't see you shooting and killing while moving, since Ush says that there's enough opponents that you can melee and move.

Mors viciously swings at one of the Sentinels hit for two, severing its front legs and causing it to crash downwards on its face.

Since he can't move very well, Mors will be tapping KW again, and then swap JE for SP so that he maintains an athletic defense, adopting a more loose form with his katana.
