I don't mean like Magneto style EM manipulation. She's obviously rooted in the weather thing while he cuts straight to the chase.
The method she uses to make say... wind blow, may cause stellar wind to build up and blow by if she uses it in space. On the alien planet, it may cause crystals to form, making a kind of razor blade wind or something. In the Trion dimension, clearly some crazy crap was going on there. It's like a catalyst reacting to different chemicals.
Theoretically, there would be infinite possibilities because the writers can literally come up with any planet or dimension they want and have her powers react any way they want.

No, she wouldn't. Thor is a literal God in the comic book sense.
She would still have vulnerabilities--her claustrophobia and her kind-heartedness.
She would own ALOT more, at least with more durability.
The Jovain TK is cool and "Brain-storms" created by manipulating the electrical impulses in your brain, or have such precision she can temporarily paralyze an opponent by manipulating the electrical impulses in their spinal column.
She could create supersonic winds like on Jupiter that go 9,000 mph against real hard foes. It would go out like a nuclear Blast wave on Steroids, totally atomizing the concrete to the extent where all the precious minerals deep within the earth's crust are brought to the surface.🤘
It's sooo many things she could do with her powers. Hell I could be here ALL DAY. 💃

There's no real "rationalization needed". All what I've said is an expansion of things said about her or things she's done.
Storm can fly as fast as winds can take her. If she can generate Jovian air affects she could fly at the top winds on Jupiter cloking in at like 9,000 mph.
I think she also flew to the edge of space on as a lightning bolt when she was Roguestorm.
Her top flying speeds could be from 9,000mph-60,000mps.
It aint light, but it's something.
