She wouldn't have to recharge since her sustenance comes from the earth's electrical field which is everpresent.

As long as she is connected to the electrical field, she is REALLY, REALLY durable😱

For all intents and purposes, she could never be drained.

Uhh, she would have no strain hence she is "upgraded".

Storm is greater because she controls electricity on MUCH large scale.

Storm can also create electromagnetic feilds and EMP's. I've never seen her magnetize things though. I don't see any reason why she can't. She can certainy gain control over the magnetic feilds created by her own lightning or the earth's own fields.

I think, the higher the voltage the stronger the EMF's. I dunno though.

Storm can possibly created a billion volts of electricity.
