Harry would not die
For all of us who were 10-12 when the first books came out, we owe J.K. Rowling an enormous debt of gratitude for breathing magic into our young lives.

c) I have yet to read a better book in my lifetime. These books, without a doubt, will influence literature for decades to come. I know that the books were endlessly marketed and merchandised, putting out 5 clearly inferior films supposedly based on the books. But the books themselves were immaculately written. For all of us who were 10-12 when the first books came out, we owe J.K. Rowling an enormous debt of gratitude for breathing magic into our young lives.

what signafance is rose and hugo anyway? And scorpius for that matter. Why does harry have a thing with naming his children after dead people
Rose and hugo are R and H. I assume its for Ron and Hermione. 🙂 I loved this book and thought it was the best one of the series!! Great way to end a series of books that are loved by millions. I almost dont want her to write another Harry Potter book. Calling it a diff name but still doing it in the wizarding world would be cool though.

I didn't really understand this bit either, untill you mention that "dont pity the dead" thing. I have no idea what theat baby was, but maybe it is what Voldermort will become

Allright, no way am I reading all these pages to see if there's an answer to this question...Spoiler:
When Voldy "kills" Harry toward the end, and Harry wakes up in that vision with Dumbledore, there's a child "struggling for breath", and he's nervous to approach it. What is it supposed to represent? Himself as a baby, or something else? It wasn't really addressed...or maybe I was just dead tired when I was reading. Really, it's the only thing I don't really get. Thanks for any theories.
It's Voldemort.
Spoilers:
Or, rather, the bit of Voldemort's soul that was in harry.
dammit soljer beat me to it! Yeah its spose to represent the bit of voldemort in harry. and i think the dont pity the dead thing was just to keep harry from getting that ring again. it was said that once people are dead they dont like to come back. They don't want to be alive because death is actually better than life. Or it may just hurt or sumting i dont know. but DD just saying not to pity them for death is just like "going to bed after a long day...".
