Wolverine is stealthy all the time. Bats fights solo in the middle of mobs. She can be stealthy, but still have Cap's H2H melee skill, as well as the training with all her weapons.
Correct. But she has huge amounts of expierience with her weapons, and, as a Class 2, she would be able to throw faster then bullets. Which have tagged Spiderman in the past.

Its far from laughable, since Supes did it twice.
Now if you want to talk about the Kirby-Omnipotent-Monster Darkseid, it might become a different story, but the present day Darkseid just ain't him.
