Thanos doesn't speedbiltz because he doesn't have superspeed. This is so obvious since he's always the one on the reciving end. Eros, CAptain Marvel, Captain America, and Runner all have speedbiltzed him (and Thanos having difficulty catching them). Darksied has superspeed, and has shown it in his encounter with Supes and Orion (who also has it). Galactus doesn't need superspeed, he'll just teleport the little guys away.

Actually Thanos is a rip off of DS. And DS has defeated Abstract lvl beings, killed pantheons of Gods, and shook the cosmos in battles with highfather. He also has been able to hurt multiversal beings like the antimonitor, the spectre, and the imperiex prime.
