Look I am a huge Turtles fan from way back too. I admit it is mostly of the cartoon thou but, everything I've ever seen indicates Leo is the best with Ralph a close second. (Mainly due to his temper but still second) Also Donnie is from everything I've seen the better fighter to Mike when he wants to be. It just seems to me Donnie has the least interest in violence and Mike is just the least serious. So the main reason Mike is on the bottom of the list is because he just doesn't push himself the way the rest do. Even then thou, they are all exceptionally skilled ninjas. So I am not trying to down play anyone. Leo is my favorite but hell if anyone Ralph is probably my least, thou I love them all, so this isn't me trying to make Ralph out to be more than he is. Donnie either for that matter. This is just how everything has always looked to me and no offense to Mikey but he normally only beats then others, on the rare occasions he has, because of dumb luck.
Seriously all the turtles rule. IMO

Don is the worst fighter of the group it a straight up fact. he trains the least again it a straight up fact. he has the least potential again straight up fact.
Miky and raph are about equals in skill. Raph has never once defeat miky in combat in the comic or in the cartoon. Cartoon wise miky has defeated raph however.....
I am sorry if I sound mean, but it the truth that you statment have been made with out proper knowledge of the characters and off pure speculations from a cartoon that you probly have not seen in at least 4 years.

Who cares if Donny trains the least? You ever think maybe he just doesn't need to? He's a master of ninjitsu and a master of the bo-staff. That right there says leagues about him. Now, being a master of the bo-staff, that already gives him the superior advantage against the sai that Raph wields.
Least skilled? In whose opinion? It's hard to be less skilled at different things. Raph has more skill with the sai, Donny has more skill with his bo-staff. They've based their ninjitsus around their weapons.
Donny would definitely take the fight against Raph.

It also proves that Mikey is the toughest one when he is bloodlusted.
Just to put it out but Mikey also takes on his brothers in the first movie when they are training. In the little bit it shows of them training at the farm house after Raph wakes up it shows Leo disarm Raph once, it shows Mikey disarm Raph, and if I remember right it also shows Mikey hitting Leo right after he disarms or does something to Raph and his brothers surrounding him.
In most things it seems Mikey has the potential to be the best but it always seems Leo or Raph get to be the stars of mostly everything. Like in the new cartoon Mikey becomes the Battle Nexus champ beating all his opponents but Splinter who forfeited. But Leo wasn't there so who is to say that he wasn't taken out because they didn't think Mikey could beat Leo or they didn't want Leo to loose to Mikey. I think if Mikey got serious he could possibly beat Leo but that wouldn't be Mikey if he did become serious.
I still stand by that if Leo and Raph could get along to work together they could win but Mikey and Don would take more because Leo would want to lead and Raph would want to do it his own way. Mikey and Don would work better as a team and could beat the "better" fighters because they get along better.

if you pay attention on imdb, and click on writting credits you will see that the TMNT creators are only there because they created them, only kevin munroe says (written by).
its like in Elektra, you also have Frank Miller´s name in the writting credits but did he wrote the movie? No
