Everyone has their reason. Just for kicks, for tourneys, to help make general power levels more accessable to new forum members who aren't fully aware of many characters (one of my personal reasons), etc.

Also, my bid for a Cpt. Atom bump was responded to, but the same plea for Apollo, Loki, and Graviton went unheeded. Any comments?

I'm with you on Graviton & Loki, not so sure about Apollo though.

I agree Loki probably is a solid in the the Mid High-Tier.

Graviton I'm not sure about is he stronger than Magneto if so then I say he makes it.

Apollo is a hard one to place although I could see him just at the cusp of making it.

Seems like Loki is a good consensus. He and Atom should probably be bumped.

I stand by the other two (Grav and Apollo) but it's really not a huge deal.

I don't agree with Superman being bumped down. When I made the High Top level I made it for people who are consistently written as being the best and most powerful on DC/Marvel/Wildstorm Earth. Superman fits that bill more than anyone.
