I don't like Mace Windu's character. He's like loads of characters in the PT, a novelty. The OT had novelty characters, but it had the real ones too match.

But Jackson is an okay actor. Chuck Norris is simply awful, so awful he is good.

EDIT: I only like a few of the characters he has portrayed in film, such as Jules or The Negotiator, not Mace.

Mace was alright, I don't blame Jackson for how he portrayed him, he was just sort of a flat character in the films, know what I mean?

I wasn't impressed with Jackson's performance as Mace. He was putting far too much effort into being a hardass. Ewan did a good job. I don't know how the hell Hayden landed the part of Anakin, but it made me want to kill AotC and RotS's casting director. Christopher Lee was wasted. Grievous looked like a robotic pussy instead of a badass Jedi-killing-general [he amazingly displayed less tactical ability than Mace did in AotC, leading the Jedi to slaughter]. McDiarmid stole the show - right up to the point of his duel with Mace. "Nooo... noo..." he looked like a damn fish.

It made me realize how much I prefer Darth Sidious to Emperor Palpatine.

I agree. I would've peferred Grievous to be more like in the CW cartoon saga.... in there he appeared to be a hell of a lot more "badass Jedi-killing-general" then he is in the movie. In the movie he's a cowardly pussy robotic punk.

I would have preferred it if Uncle George would have chosen to focus on story rather than novelty.

Grievous was so weak cause of his injury from Windu(hence the coughing).
