Wait... I thought there were only three Judges?

No, there's 4.

Oh. Then I retract my comment about losing. There's still hope.

if your powerset ALLOWS (beleiveably) for such a carry over, it should be fine. in my particular case, dhii has ALREADY assimilated over 100 personalities. it's what he was DESIGNED to do. he was meant to continue to become stronger -- but he does NOT gain 'new powers'.

being able to fight like BP is a LOT differnt then gaining TP/TK because i absorbed someone's soul. i gain 'knowledge'. not 'powers'.

nj said something about if i beat bw's guy i would get ironman's tech -- not true at all. i'd gain nothing from the armor except maybe access to stark's computers, if i could prove the armor is linked to any computer system stark uses.

People can live without souls.

We call them politicians.

:drumroll:

heh.

kk, which move are you claiming was illegal in your match? 😕

Blair Emptying the ocean and then dumping it out on me. During prep.

Yeah, what were the illegal moves?

That's not illegal.

Also not probable.

He has 10 minutes. He's not draining the Atlantic Ocean in 10 minutes.

He never said he was going to do that.

That's not illegal? It's attacking me during prep... And there was one other thing, give me a second.

Okay, nvrmnd, that was the only thing I had a beef with.

😂

He wasn't going to do that anyway I think you misread his post.

Aren't you the one who said that you were going to tip him over during his prep when he had his hands in the spots?

Yeah. But he actualy agreed with me that he was putting all the water in the spot realm.

Dammit Newjak...

I thought the amping limit post amalgamation was skyfather level. Newjak should be good.

That's the amping limit is for using one component character to amp aspects of another.

Single character amping is capped at Extremis Iron Man level.

Since he would only be using Black Knight's powers to amp it falls under that category.

Ah, controversy. I'll remain uncertain because I generally applaud amping, but Scoob raises an interesting point.

To me, it seems like Black Knight wouldn't have been able to amp to these levels, say, in a vaccuum (meaning, of his own power). Meaning, the "Extremis cap" for drafts is ok. It's just when he utilizes his opponents that he's able to do it. So then the question becomes, how far does the Extremis thing extend....just in the drafts (where he was ok) or into the matches?

well, he would need an oppenents 'soul' (though that in itself is enormously debateable . . .) so clearly it couldn't be done in a 'vacuum', but it could be done by BK alone -- that is, it is not the amalgam's combination of abilities that is ALLOWING him to 'amp'. so technically it IS just BK himself.
