i'm not copying POWERS, nj. let's use your battle as a comparison. if i assimilated dane (roldz's dane) i would gain nothing save his military knowledge. even if i could make a case for absorbing his SYMBIOTE, all i would gain would be the knowledge possessed by the symbiote. it wouldn't 'augment' my own powers, or give me dane's powers, the symbiote's 'powers' or any of the amalgam's 'powers'.
only knowledge and information. you on the other hand are claiming to gain direct access (through the absorbtion of another character -- and yes, their soul is certainly a part of that other character) to all of their 'powers'.
there is a big difference between what we are doing, my friend.

Skills aren't powers, so I can't see it as power copying, and it wouldn't fall under the rule in my opinion. Absorbing knowledge is far different than absorbing powers.
The thing is that he does gain access to all of BP's Fighting Feats therefore he actually gains the use of BP feats. And for some people fighting is basically a power just look at Karate Kid. Also he is obviously boosting his mind character;s abilities as well.
You can not make the category mind and have the ability to amp it up and not be able to do the same for powers or body😬
Originally posted by leonidasNot really I am amping up my powers category and you are doing the same for your mind category. No matter how big or small you are still doing it 😬
