A couple of notes:
Blade doesn't usually fight without weapons so he is using weapons here such as swords, knives, and throwing stars.
None of these are human foes other than Mosha and Mikado who were highly skilled assassins in their own right.

Jason Todd retracing Bruce Wayne's training and then going on to give him a very decent fight. David Cain throwing down with Batman. Steel Serpent being a chief Iron Fist antagonist and over the years showing himself to not quite be at the same level skillwise as Danny Rand. Pick out any of guys from the tier and look at how they have performed and the nature of their feats then tell me just how on Earth Blade should be in the same tier as them.

How about Blade besting Dracula in combat throughout the ages (or at least being his equal) Dracula has taken out at least a few martial artists of high tier (wolverine for example)

........................because the only time he actually fought a recognised, yet tired and disinterested top tier, he got his arse absolutely handed to him and had to rely on a plot device.
Try not to get bogged down on the actual wording of the names given to individual tiers. It is irrelevant what second tiers are referred to as (be they master, grand master, uber grand master, uber grand high chief master, uber grand high chief master of the order of Wizards) he simply isn't one. 🙂

...he didn't lose to wolverine, sated by reporters on Marvel, stated on panel, and no evidence that wolverine was any more tired in this fight then he is on a regular basis.

stated to be a stalemate by Blade, who's never been written to be one of pride, he admitted when he couldn't take on Draconis by himself and was nervous the entire fight, in his fight with Plokta he admitted they were too weak to take them on by himself, but just to appease you and wolverine fans we're to assume that Blade would for the first time fall on false pride in order to save himself? I hope you realize how much a joke this is.
the fight was stated to be a stalemate by employees at marvel as well, and yet we'll take the side of confirmed wolverine fanboys over theirs, that makes sense, ok.
I could easily find as many people who thought Blade won the fight and have seen people use the fight as evidence as Blade being superior to Wolverine on several other boards, however with Wolverine fans here thinking he's nothing shorts of low herald worthy, it's not hard to see why anyone would think that he "owned" blade in that fight.
what I understand is that you don't read the character nor do you intend to, and base all of your knowledge off of what OTHER (blatantly biased) posters have told you about that character seeing as at the moment you're only regurgitating what either jinzin or srank stated in one vs. thread or another.
since you have trouble constructing your own opinion I don't see why anyone even bother wasting their time with you
