First of all he didnt start off as superhuman. Secondly you are trying to lowball Blade, even if he is equal to Batman thats not a valid excuse as to why hes more effective than Cyclops when hes constantly fought people stronger than him.

In a nutshell,Blade can rip people's heads off.......................that is a huge factor when weighing up which of the two between him and Cyclops would fare better in the said situation.
ps. Cyclops boxed several thugs while he was blindfolded. Actually a pretty good skill feat and yes, I do think Scott Summers, an established major character, would beat the no name canon fodder human Blade(or anyone else for that matter) took out.

Morbious and Deacon. I could be wrong but,two relatively low superhumans with at best little on panel or even documented skill.
Spitfire? A relatively average speedster who was getting the better of Blade anyway.
Cape Killers. The same guys who good old Captain America sodomized? And lol at how this proves 2nd tier skill.

I don't see why this is even being argued right now warrior position is apparently set in stone, BLade has beaten plenty of skilled enemies, however them not being in the mainstream apprently defeats these examples of skill. IF skill is defined by how many big name heroes one has defeated then no Blade shouldn't be moved up to secon tier, if it is an actual measure of skill then
Blade, Moon Knight, and Punisher to Second Tier
(Daken and Skaar to second tier as well)
also damage soak and weapon proficiency should be factored into these rankings, seeing as damage soak is just as much a factor in a fight as speed or strength is
