lol. We've had this conversation before in this thread....and it's a decent argument. Bill is equal in offensive output and such, but isn't nearly as versatile as Thor...the Odinson has dozens of feats with Mjolnir that BRB has yet to come close to. So in a brawl with one another, they're equal. But if you're fighting a randomly selected opponent and need to choose, make mine Thor every time.

Okay, there's just one problem. Though Beta doesn't have as many appearances as Thor, there's been multiple times where when the two need to combine power, it's stated that Bill can use the same powers as Thor. A few examples are such:

- In another instance, Bill and Thor both have been able to open interdimensional portals and use them to teleport.
- Both have manipulated magnetic fields (Bill used it to defeat Ego the Living Planet twice)
- Both have used the Anti-Force and the Godforce (According to Oeming, Bill used both during Stormbreaker)
and there's others. I understand where you're coming from, but there are some appearances by Bill that people miss (some of my references occured during small appearances) and seem to be a little (for lack of a better term) uneducated on the character.

- BRB and Thor's part in Kurse's defeat was minor in my opinion. Energizer absorbed the energy in both of them and used it to blast Kurse, leaving both Hammer's completely empty.
- Stormbreaker doesn't grant BRB matter manipulation.
- BRB can't use the godblast, which is pretty much Thor's biggest offensive move.
Basically Stormbreaker doesn't grant BRB the same abilities that Mjolnir grants Thor, which is pretty much the reason why Thor has been listed higher. Apparently it's supposed to possess the same properties as it grants Thor, but I've only noticed weather control, flight and Portals thus far.
Also, the list isn't perfect. Professor X is listed together with Apocalypse and Exodus, whom are both superior to him.
And I've heard all of it (like I said, I respect Bill). The point is often made that Stormbreaker and Mjolnir are exactly the same power-wise. Fair enough. But that doesn't mean Bill knows how to use it to do all the things Thor has done. That's a cool list, but it doesn't scratch the number of things Thor has done.
So it's possible that he can do as many things...but that's like saying I could hand my brother Mjolnir and try to put him in high herald. Eventually he'd figure sh*t out, but it would be a helluva long time before his abilities and feats started to match Thor's.
Is it a case of him being hurt by lack of appearences? Sure. Could he someday boast as much power/versatility as Thor? Or possibly even more? Absolutely. But I just can't see it right now.
...I'm only one opinion though. There's others on both sides of the debate.

According to Oeming, that's what he used on Omega Ray

Beta ray didn't kill Omega Ray by using the God blast.
I'm not sure if he used matter manipulation during the stormbreaker saga. What do you think showed him using matter manipulation?
And don't get ****ing rude with me, I swear to god you'll regret it. If we're supposed to use feats then what about Thor beating the living crap out of BRB during Blood and thunder? BRB has a lack of feats, which is why he doesn't equal Thor.
Why the hell do you think Mr.M is listed at low herald? Give him a miniseries of his own and his feats would surely go far above his current showings.
We're not just measuring potential here.
