No. One only has to read the comic. batman's kick does more dmg than Superman's punches? DS didn't even look phased from Superman's punches. As a matter of fact, he was bleeding from the same spot Batman had kicked. One could say Superman didn't even make him bleed, he just spilled more blood that batman already drew. It's also obvious that the story was shitty becuz batman was supposed to be destroyed just touching the staff since he never studied it and didn't know how to wield it properly. At any rate, S/B was obviously happening some time in the past, since when death of the new gods started, takion had already had highfather's staff in possession.

certainly DS standing up and not at all dazed or even showing injury other than the blood batman spilled, I don't see your point. plus superman could do much worse to Scarlet witch, before he's turned into a cup cake. Durablity isn't a prereq for having great power. Thanks good night.

He's clearly not being phased by Superboy Prime there. In fact, one can argue that the reason he can't breathe is because he's floating in space. Considering a regular Sinestro Corps member was able to knock Guy down, it really makes SBP look shitty he couldn't do more to Guy.

What u didn't show, was someone else attacking guy before hand, or what guy did immediately after the attack. Two things missing to make a comparison to the points that I brought up. In court, your example would be inadmissable.
