Um, Mary isn't Top tier. She's above the top tier. And she hasn't even learned to use her power yet. We also know that he doesn't want her hurt. Any retard can see that. As for thanos' energies, I've also never seen Thanos' energies create any planets, 6 billion people, reality manipulate, control time, wipeout, raise the dead, absorb power from someone greater than he, or affect a being as mighty as the spectre.
