A suit that puts you around the level of low meta < powers that do the same thing.
It's how the tiers work.
T'Challa's suit can be cut at the seams, and is much easier to do away with than a power set.
And seeing as she's only got metal claws, not metal bones, his anti metal claws would only be useful in a parry. But the nitty gritty of a battle between them isn't that important.

Though, to clarify from what Nuul said, I didn't "make" it. The list is a collective effort of the forum. I merely facilitate the changes that are voted upon.

Personally, I love our tier system. The amount of ambiguity in power levels before this was inconceivable. Now we have a standard basis for power rankings, as well as terms that everyone on the forums can easily become familiar with (street, meta, herald, transcendent and/or sub-skyfather).
It's not perfect, and likely never will be, but the myriad uses it has had make it incredibly useful. Take ill's tourney: Having a point-based draft with different power levels would have been impossible to pull off without psychotic controversy, heated debates, and potential cheating. No tourney is exempt from a little of those, but it's the difference between a smooth tourney and a train wreck.

Agreed. But he's a 'tweener, no doubt. I see no one in street I wouldn't give him the majority off of. And quite a few in the low metas that wouldn't be assured a majority.
