I mean cmon if the GL's and Sinestro are on this list Orion should be at least on the same level.

He killed DS fer cryin out loud and he oneshot Supes who is also on the high herald list. On another instance Supes going all out tried to take Orion down but was squatted away as Orion only tired to talk.

Orion with the AF (standard gear) is high level herald for sure IMO.
