Against Orion. He can kill DS because it's written in the Kirby Prophecies, not because he's consistently written that powerful. it's like saying Drax should be Transcendent because he killed Thanos, despite obvious PIS circumstances. It doesn't work as a defense of it.
And despite being a decent match for Supes, he lacks Kal's high-end feats (he's usually good for a Superman stalemate a year, and not much else) nor is he versatile on par with most in the tier. He's an excellent Mid Herald. I won't vote for anything more.

The fact remains that he can oneshot and KO Supes. Supes could never do it to Orion but he did it effortesly and had to be careful not to kill him.
With the Mother box he has many abilities plus some other crazy stuff like magnetic abilities.
Plus in DOTNG Mantis and Kalibak were beating Supes (making him bleed) and Orion just arrived and pawned them both.
Anyway as it stands now 4 for 5 against.
I'm also for Etrigan to mid herald (easy)
And Infinity Man to transcendent maybe...
