all he can do better is fly.......which is far from being more powerful ability, oh and firer feathers which again is far from being more powerful ability.

also it not even a power, it like Logan adamatium skeleton, it was given to him by Apoc.

I disagree for a lot of reasons. His foes are not street level. He vastly more powerful then Capt who has might not even be street. Logan more powerful than a lot of his tier and if he moved down a lot of them would need to go down with him including Spiderman. Not to mention his weaker clone was just moved up.

This makes zero senses. Cyclopes is not more powerful then the hulk so why would he be moved up and the Hulk down? Cyclopes does not have the versatility in powers. He only has a single ability really. Which though powerful does not give him the versatility or range of powers that most all heralds have.

......how do you come to this conclusion? I mean for starters his ability to heal the way he does would take more energy then what spiderman powers, as well as the vulture and many others.

really what feats? you mean him healing from a skeleton 4 times, nuke twices, decapitation ect.

Cyclops has enough energy output to match several nukes if he wants to (as we saw in civil war), that's actually more than Black Bolt was capable of. Since Black Bolt is more versatile, I voted to put Cyclops a nudge lower.
